Do I need DIDComm for a regular AI agent?

No. DIDComm is only needed for public or autonomous agents that need to interact with other agents.

Can multiple people manage one AI agent?

Yes. OperateAI supports multi-signature approval processes. You can assign trusted delegates to help manage your agent.
